Inspects the eccentricity between the body of the pipe and its upset. Can be provided with bearings or “V” supports which are placed on the pipe main body while the contact point rests on the pipe upset. The inspection is done throughout a constant monitoring of the upset diameter along all its turn. No setting standard is needed.
